Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full credit card details. We retain transaction records and subscription status.

Our service providers are located in the United States and European Union. By using DireWolfOS you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international transfers.
We use anonymised and aggregated ad performance data to train our AI models. Individual identifying information is removed, data is combined across users to identify patterns, and no personal information or business names are used in training.
When you connect a Meta ad account, our AI generates outputs from that account's data — including performance insights, generated ad creatives, and research or ad copy. We retain these outputs, and the account data needed to produce them, in order to train and improve our AI models. This retained material is DireWolfOS's own work product, used for that training purpose.
We keep this material up to the point your account is deleted or a specific ad account is disconnected, even though your personal information is deleted at that point (see Section 6 and our Data Deletion Policy).
You may opt out of your data being used to train our AI models by contacting privacy@direwolfos.com. This will not affect the quality of service you receive.
